Residency Program

PlantaVida is a space dedicated to the integration of psychedelic experiences into real life. Rather than separating ceremony from daily living, we explore how insight, healing, and expanded states of consciousness can be grounded in how we work, relate, create, and live. In this sense, every stay at PlantaVida is an invitation to go deeper into your own journey — while remaining engaged with the practical realities of life.

The PlantaVida residency is an opportunity to spend one to three months immersed in the rhythms of the land, community, and personal development. While retreats offer a brief encounter, the residency allows for a deeper experience — enough time to explore new ways of living, working, and integrating inner processes into everyday life.

Our first residency cohort starts in October 2026 and takes the shape of work exchange program. You take an active role in the daily development of PlantaVida (approx. 30 hrs/week). This may include work on the land (gardens, agroforestry, ecological building) or contributions in areas such as kitchen, organization, media, or creative projects.

What we offer?

  • Free accommodation on-site

  • Access to fortnightly ayahuasca ceremonies with specialised local teacher, possibility of additional one-on-one work

What do you bring?

  • Residents are responsible for their own personal expenses, including food, healthcare, and other individual needs

A central intention at PlantaVida is integration. Many people experience powerful insights in altered states — but the real work is learning how to live them. We believe that working with the land is a powerful way of integrating the psychedelic experience.

We believe that everyone who comes to PlantaVida is both a student and a teacher. Residents are encouraged to share their skills, passions, and experiences — whether through formal workshops, conversations, or simple presence. The space is shaped collectively.
