The current socio-urban model shows clear signs of exhaustion. Not only because economic and political systems often favor a few at the expense of many, but also because the consumerist model inevitably pushes the limits of natural resources, threatening the balance of our ecosystems.
At the same time, large cities often encourage human relationships based on fear. Higher and higher walls create a false sense of security while trust and genuine connection become increasingly rare.
We believe that any true alternative to this model must go beyond technical or economic solutions. Without a transformation of values and spirituality, new systems tend to reproduce the same patterns of selfishness and greed that shape the world today.
Only when we transcend these paradigms can we create communities that are truly centred in the heart.
Sustainability begins within
For us, sustainability begins within the human being.
When we transform our inner world—overcoming greed, disconnection, and unconscious patterns—we become capable of building a more balanced external world. Social transformation begins with self-knowledge.
By looking inward, we begin to understand that many of the behaviors that harm the world around us are unconscious responses to past experiences and trauma. The process of inner healing opens the door to new ways of acting, relating, and creating.
When we transform our inner world, the outer world begins to reflect that transformation.
PlantaVida is intended as playground for the ones that want to break this paradigm. Living together with others with the same intention makes us stronger and turns a little flame into wildfire of change.
